Resolved Question: Legal help! My car was severely damaged in a car wash-can I do anything?

My car is brand new so this has nothing to do with age or wear and tear. The front of the car was hanging off and it was scratched everywhere. The car looked a mess and the managers gave us the UK supermarket's insurance details to sort this out. We took pictures of the severe damage and I noticed that as we left the place, they had close the carwash down. Is there anything I can do? Do I have a case in the UK? Any legal advice would be great, This has just happened and I am pretty upset! Any links or info given would be awesome, and anyone with info on who I should contact please let me know.
