Resolved Question: What does she mean by making the shape of a heart at me? (And other weird signs....)?

In the past year or so, I've gotten to be really good friends with a girl I met through our school's music activities. We've been in a class together every year and really started to receive to know each other. We text each other pretty much daily, and often even tardy into the night. Her boyfriend is two years older than her, and one of my best friends. I'm the same age as her, and I'm single. Problem is, I've started to fall in adore with her! I've kept it secret for now though, and just continued being friends. Then, just a few weeks ago, we were doing our annual band carwash, and we signed up for the same shift. Now keep in mind, she's not the flirty type and neither am I, but we're great friends so we like to tease each other! So of course at the car wash, we were spraying each other with the hoses and dumping soap on each other's heads.... and she got me really good one of those times—I was soaked! Then she ran back to the car she was washing a couple cars down. I gave her a mean face, just to joke around, and she smiled back and made the shape of a heart with her hands back at me. ....And it confused the heck out of me lol. My question is: do girls make hearts at people just to show that they care, or are they literally saying they adore you? On another note: Sometimes when we're sitting next to each other (at a school band concert, for example), she'll reach over to my program and draw a smiley face on it. Or she'll randomly start lightly hitting me with her school ID lanyard and start laughing when I say something. I can't decide if she's just like that with everyone, or if she's trying to tell me something? Remember, she's not the flirty type and she already has a boyfriend and they're still going strong (for every I know). I just don't know what to think.... is this how every girls are with guy friends, or is she acting differently around me? Then on top of that, my feelings for her are getting in the way of my logical thinking and I'm getting confused! Haha, I just need some advice right now. Anything you say is greatly appreciated, and thanks to everyone in advance!

Ok so I got gas a couple hours ago and it was $10.03 I came home to check my checking account balance and it was lower than I thought, I looked at every my reeceipts and realized the receipt I got from tonight had the gas total then ULTIM $8.00 below it. every I can think of that it cud be is a carwash...? Resolved Question: Legal help! My car was severely damaged in a car wash-can I do anything?

My car is brand new so this has nothing to do with age or wear and tear. The front of the car was hanging off and it was scratched everywhere. The car looked a mess and the managers gave us the UK supermarket's insurance details to sort this out. We took pictures of the severe damage and I noticed that as we left the place, they had close the carwash down. Is there anything I can do? Do I have a case in the UK? Any legal advice would be great, This has just happened and I am pretty upset! Any links or info given would be awesome, and anyone with info on who I should contact please let me know. Open Question: any suggestion please????

in 2006 i started a relationship with a guy which lasted for 3 years. part of it was a long distance relationship. then mainly due to distance i broke up with him in october.. and was back in his country in june where we tried to arrange our relationship... he was acting every possesive and i needed my space. i started dating another guy for 9months.. and he had no relationship but many affairs. in f ebruary i broke up wiht this guy.. and started speaking to the 3 year ex. . when i came back to the country in june.. we hit it off again.. and started our relationship again. he was rather insecure cos of my other relationship. he also kept on speaking to me about how many women there are on the island etc.. two days ago i had to sit at the back of his car as there was his mom in the front and i found 2 condoms, 1 empty condom (wrap like the ones we use), and 1 empty condom (not like one we use) in the plastic compartment of the door... and i asked he wat is this? and he claims that the wrapper is from the affairs he had in the winter.. and did not clean it out.. although he took the car for a carwash. he claims he loves me and has not been with any other women etc..he said he only has eyes for me... but when he was single it was different. i said u can now have eyes for anyone you want.. as u are a single man again and i left. at night after work he came to my home but i was going out to the club so he followed me to the clubs.. and i said leave me alone after some of his talking i left... and text him to leave me alone.. then he messaged me back and thats it.. i said im out now.. we might talk some other day., we have not spoken for 1 and a half days. what do you think? what shall i do?

Resolved Question: Did I overreact with this guy?

Hello, I haven't asked a question for a long time but I needed to vent out (haha) and ask this question. I wondering about something that happened to me last night. So there's this guy that I met a couple of weeks ago. He got my phone and ever since then he's been texting me...saying things like..." I want to look you" ...."I can't wait to look you" or..."When can I look you? I really want to look you." etc...etc. And then he calls too but he calls when I'm busy so it seems like I never answer the phone. Anyway...about 2 weekends ago we set up a date to go out that Saturday. I was home watching a movie that afternoon and I had missed his call so I texted him back. I got a call from him a few minutes later. He said that I was playing too difficult to receive..which is not true. So we talked for a little while. He said he was going for a carwash but would call me back. He asked if we could do something that evening and I said yes. So he said he would call me back when he was done with the carwash. That was around 3:30 in the afternoon. I went back to watching the movie. Well the day went by...no call. The night came and still nothing. I turned off my phone and said to myself. "I'm not going to answer this guy's text anymore." Haha..right. So quick forward to this week. He texted me several times during the day. And then he called me and we spoke again. I asked him "are we ever going out or what? enough with the text." Again he said that I was playing difficult to receive and making him suffer. ( I always text him or try to call him back but he takes very long to answer!) Anyway, he asked me out the other night and said he would arrive over on Thursday evening because he really wanted to look me. Well...guess what happened. I went to the movies this morning and went to look Inception (what a great movie) and noticed he had not texted me...he always texts me early in the morning for some reason. The movie ended...I went home to eat...no text from him...I went to the mall in the afternoon....still nothing. I decided I'm just going to ask him if we are going out or not. Several minutes later he writes and says...of course!. After I receive home I receive another text from him saying..."Is it okay if I pick you up at 9:30?" and then about 20-30 minutes later he says.."I'll be there at 9:00-9:15" I wrote back saying okay. I noticed I had missed calls in between texts from him. Darn. I called him back but he never answered. I leave him a text saying call me before you receive here. So I go receive ready. It's almost 8 pm. An hour later I still havent gotten a call from him. Okay...I'm thinking...he's coming...he's probably driving. It's a bit far. 9:15 pm...still no call. 9:35 pm. Okay....I decide that's it. I've had it with this guy. So at 9:45 I sent him one more text...saying..."I'm turning off my phone since you never answered. Don't bother texting me or calling me anymore. I don't like to be made a fool of. BYE!!!" So now that I'm not as upset...I'm wondering...did I overreact a bit? I'm not that type of girl that likes every the drama and crap but I've had it with this guy. I hate hate when someone tells me we are going to do something and it never happens. And he's not the only guy that's done that to me. Earlier this year it happened to me before so I've had it you know. Do you think that maybe one of those phone calls could have been a message from him saying " I can't make it tonight?" Should I have checked to look if he had called before I made that comment? Let me know what you think. p.s.-Sorry for the long question....I just had a lot to write about. Good responses so far.. chilly Guy: But I have been patient. I feel like he's just playing games with me. Besides he said he would be here at 9 pm...it was 9:35 and he hadn't responded...when I called him around 9:20ish...it forward it to his message thing right away. Which means he didnt want to talk to me.

for the past few months, i polished the car tires even when they are not well-cleaned (sandy). and i have not cleaned the tires recently that made it dry and sticky. i already tried using a carwash shampoo and a brush which could have taken me the whole day to clean a single tire if i hadn't scraped it (is it okay to scrape it?).

on Tuesday i had just came back from a long road trip and the my moms car became really dirty with mudd, bugs, etc; so Thursday i saw there was a coupon to receive her car washed so i went to the car wash. so 30 mins and the car is ready. so i took it and went home while i was driving back home i noticed that i had forgotten my wallet at in the car. so when i got home i was going to search for it. I finaly reach home and im searching and searching. then i finaly find my wallet sitting below the seat & when i picked it up every of my money was gone! every they left was my id & license. i had $126 dollars. that may not seem like alot but im only 18 & i dont have a job. i was so mad and unhappy because i had been tryng to keep to receive something & now i have $0. i am so depressed and pist. the only thing i can use for comfort is when my mom told me that everything happens for a reason. and if i had that money still i could have been robbed , etc for it. Do you really believe everything happens for a reason ?

Voting Question: Is he scared to ask me out?

Long story short, this guy is displaying every the classic signs of liking me: Smiling at me even though I haven't said anything, joking, teasing, acting strangely to receive my attention. He's about twice my age (that's what I like) and I'm wondering if he's just unsure how I feel about the age difference or something. The other night he casually said it was "Dinner time, let's go!" To me that was a testing the water type of deal to look what my reaction was and I of course told him he'd have to wait till I got off work, which he didn't. The very next day I saw him he'd gotten his hair clip, took the car through the carwash...the works, and then he finally asked me what my name was. This on/off crap has been going on for about a month and it seems to only progress but I can't really gauge his interest level or if there is one. Seriously, is he ever going to ask me out or am I going to die from the anticipation? We flirt difficult.

Resolved Question: How can we raise money?

Long Story Short, my school band director went through life threatening surgeries this past December. She was a young healthy lady who had her intestines every knotted up. She had it fixed and it got infected and some of her organs died. A couple months ago she started walking on her possess. She can't stand up straight yet. Our band has a facebook message going and we decided we wanted to lift money in order to help pay her medical bills because she deserves it. She has taught us every so much. While she was home healing every of second semester, the school didn't pay her while she was gone. Since she is still young she was studying to receive her masters degree on online courses. So, we know she is in financial trouble. What can we do to lift money and where? We thought of a carwash at our school, but figured our school is too strict for that. Then we though of a dunk tank at booster blitz day, and decided that was too much to do at school also. Any Ideas? :/

Resolved Question: Would you support amnesty for migrant farm workers?

People who are members of the migrant farmer class and have been working North America for hundreds of years. And let's say they were below a loose network currently, like the UFW (united farm workers union). I think we are every aware that agriculture work is the cultural reason Mexicans arrive up here. Nobody's like, gee lemme up and move to Oklahoma City where i can't work at 7-11. But when their parents and grandparents were farmers who had worked in North America and they look friends doing it, okay that's actually possible. The guy at the carwash or whatever is some fringe falling off of this huge workforce. They are in the fields. Some people break away from the family, but ladies and gentlemen they are harvesting the food for 307,006,550 people. You want to find the biggest employer of undocumented Mexicans (apparently) then it is the largest farm conglomerate out there. It's not that smattering of people in mid to big cities doing day labor. The point I ask you really consider also is, do we not have the most experienced agricultural labor workforce in either American continent if not the world? I mean seriously. This has been the system for generations. Immigration has always been a relevant issue. Whether you were JFK of James K. Polk. So YES before we receive every commando on our citizens can we hash this migrant worker point out, yay or nay? Because that's the common sense approach.. Let's not receive every mad at each other. Resolved Question: Weed related question!?

My junior year in high school I did a little experimenting with weed. Anyways, one night bong water was spilt on my car floor. I took it to a carwash and got it vacumned and steamed washed. Another night, some broken up weed fell into my middle compartment and down the crevices. Yes, I know, messy with my weed.. Anyways, I decided to quit smoking three months ago. For my senior year in high school I will be attended a school that has frequent police dog checks. Actually i told her my moms birthday was yesterday (i told her today) and she was like "what you receive her? let me answer that. nothing" like then i say the thing i got her and she was like "sorry but i know you" >.> and she figured out a way so i can make money (she makes money at her parents restauraunt, were just 12 though) and she says carwash but i think its a dumn idea and she says "fine, stay around the home and receive fat" and i'm like "like you?" and she is like "no i work. I MAKE MONEY. bye" and she put it in capital... and she thinks I'm emo and says that everyone hates me cause I'm emo and says I'm meean to my cousins.... SHE'S A CRITIC AT EVERYTHING YOU KNOW! it annoys me... what should i do, i never want to talk to her again... she just annoys me TOOO MUCH

Voting Question: How to get rid of scratches on car?

I have a 2010 Lancer and I put some paint on it for graduation and after I took it to the carwash it got pretty scratched up. Is there anything that would receive rid of it? What alternatives do I have? How much does it cost to re paint it?

Voting Question: i thought he liked me........but im confused?

so me and my ex were together for 10 months.while i was with him i found out that he was married to someone but you could tell on his face that he was not glad he even told me and so did every of his friends.well now he found out that she was expecting.we both knew in our hearts that it would be for the best but we had always promised each other we would hang out again and at least be friends.well it been 6 months now and we have only been able to look each other 2 times.the first time we only got to say hi to each other and the second time i happened to run into him at the carwash.when i seen him his face lit up with exictement like he was super glad to look me.well we talked about hanging out again and he has my new number but i didn't receive his because i was super nervous(i know wtf) but its been a week now and no answer.well i was talking to my pal this weekend that he stays with whenever he is down here working(it's only because his brother stays there too)she was telling me that he even said he was only with his "wiife" for the baby,which to me he is only hurting his self and my pal said that she would try talking to him for me but not hint around that i wanted to know.well she told me that he got mad and even tried to say that she told me that he was at the carwash but she told me that i need to receive over him and move on because he is an ass(he has always been that way but never was to me) and that day i seen him he looked really un glad like he was overly stressed out about things.we are the only ones that can make each other glad so why is he not wanting to talk to me.my pal told me that because his baby has alot of health problems that he promised god that if he would keep his baby he would not ever cheat on her again.but god is going to forgive him.call me greedy but i want him more than i think he knows.and im willing to deal with the new things he ha going on in life. i have put up with alot of his things and so has he for me but i want to talk to him about everything but not sure how to go about it with out him getting mad.
